Returns policy

SALE ITEMS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. 


We offer an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please fill out the exchange form contained inside your parcel and return it back to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) or alternatively, please email: enquiries@blurredlinesuk.com with the details as follows:

Order number: (if purchase was not made on the website, then please send screenshot/s as an attachment to the email displaying your proof of purchase including your Instagram name)

New size :

Please note, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned within 14 days following the date you received your item and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. If there are any signs of wear, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange. Signs of wear examples include: Makeup/tan stains, body odour, rips/pulls. If you attempt to return your item after this 14 day period, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

if you would like to return the item(s) in exchange for a credit note, please add this to the notes section of your exchange form. 

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 working days for your new size to be sent out/credit note to be issued. 

EXCEPTIONS

For refunds agreed with customers via email or Instagram direct message, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Shipping

To return your item(s), please fill out the exchange form and return your item(s) to the address on the exchange form. Please email: enquiries@blurredlinesuk.com to retrieve the return address if you’re unable to locate your exchange form. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us we always suggest posting tracked and signed. As otherwise we can not track the item and we are not responsible for lost post.

Please note, once you have made an order and the payment has been received, we do not accept any cancellations.
